Emailing html files

I am just learning html. I wanted to send send a document to a friend; so they could see it as I can on the screen. The second page showed the file with the blue background; but the first and third pages didn't show the wood.jpg and bar_tile.jpg even though I sent six files as attachments. You could click on one page and the second page appeared; but you couldn't do that with the second and third pages

How could I send the files; so he can see them and move from page to page?

Thanks
Ben

Hi there,

If you are using a new enough version of IE (v5 upwards i think) when you view the file in your browser, click on the File, Save As menu option and then change the File Type to "Web Archive, Single File" option. This will import all of the files that have been used to create what you see all into one .mht file. Then you can send the .mht file via e-mail and know that the recipient will see exactly what you saw.

HTH,

James.
