"Binocular" Lookup buttons for new db fields

"Binocular" Lookup button to display next to newly added
database fields?

There are several different ways to do this
depending on the circumstances.

Is this a browse or a find ?

Do you want this to automatically appear on the
screen anytime you add it, or is this on
one screen only ?

Some of this is covered in the ASD class and
manual.
