Archived field and more

Hi all

Thanks to everyone who responded to my archived fields problem. I think I
have it sorted now.

However.....I have another problem.

I have created a new table and assigned fields to it in Roundtable. The
objects currently have a status of 'Checked out (Update required)'. When I
try to check these objects in I get a message telling me the update status
is not current perform a schema update and try again. I then run 'Update
schema' and select the build button. Roundtable then tells me there are no
changes to update! It appears that Roundtable does not recognize the new
objects I have added. I am now stuck in limbo (and increasingly fed up) as I
have objects I can't check in.

Any ideas Dave.

Dave,

Anytime you create a new PFILE object you must assign it to the desired
PDBASE object. Until you do this Roundtable does not know what database
your table should belong to.

To fix this, check out the PDBASE object you want the table to belong to.
Expand on the PDBASE and File|Assign your new PFILE to that database. Then
run Update Schema and Roundtable will recognize your new table.
