QAD is actively recruiting for an Application Performance Specialist, to be based at our corporate headquarters near Santa Barbara, California. The person selected will be responsible for designing, developing, conducting, and reporting on the benchmark and performance testing of our suite of ERP applications on a variety of platforms (primarily IBM and HP). At least 5 years experience in performance testing of enterprise business applications is needed, including relevent experience using Loadrunner. Must have a demonstrated track record of successfully identifying and reporting on performance issues (bottlenecks, etc.), and of working well with a diverse team of developers, analysts, managers, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is a highly professional demeanor.
