Add support for SQL REMOVE function in DataDirect FoxPro (DBF) ODBC Driver

According to http://media.datadirect.com/download/docs/odbc/allodbc/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=reference/rfi1359986471806.html the DataDirect ODBC driver for FoxPro (DBF) does not support the REPLACE SQL function. It would be helpful if Progress would add support for this and many other common SQL functions.
