add new user in NxTrend help

I am new in NxTrend.

How can I add a new user in NxTrend SX.e?
Is any detailed (sort of book) documentation available?

great thank you very much kirsch59, that helped a lot. Now I am told I can use this user for fax in vsi-fax from NxTrend. Is any guide how to do that because it sounds weird to me?

I do not use vsi-fax so I do not know the details. From the 10,000 foot view, within SX.e you can setup the vsi-fax as a printer device. Instead of printing a report to a printer you can send the output to the vsi-fax device which will fax it. The fax information comes from customer or vendor or system settings. Check out the on-line help within SX.e.
