    Default conversion from oem437 to iso8859-1 (or 1252)

    i have need to convert data files from oem437 to iso8859-1, i have used codepage-convert (x,"iso8859-1","ibm850") and it not work ok,
    problem is with skand.chars ä,Ä,ö,Ö,å,Å ..., any idea to do this ???

    we use progress 9.1e
