Last thing I heard was that you needed to a partner to be able to download the offline KB - maybe you can find the download only in an area restricted to partners ...

yeah lol, I found out the same thing. All this fuzz about making it only available to AP's and then create an open link to it.. typical :p

I re-downloaded the .zip file again now....I see this info in the prokb.ReadMe file..

{\rtf1\ansi\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fswiss MS Sans Serif;}}
\viewkind4\uc1\pard\f0\fs16
\par TITLE: Text for README.TXT -- PROGRESS Knowledge Base (ProKB)
\par \tab User Introduction File
\par PRODUCT: Windows-based application
\par PRODUCT REL: 3.0
\par LAST UPDATE: 3/2001

\par DISTRIBUTION: Public

Is this still the 2011 version ??

The knowledgebase is available online and is searchable using Google so I suspect they feel that this application is no longer necessary.

Side note (and I understand the value of ProKB being downloadable): You can search Google for the public Knowledgebase entries. Using the "site:knowledgebase.progress.com" (without quotes) and your query will search just the knowledgebase. Doing it this way gives you the full power of Google searching tricks (search, there are plenty out there).
