Unable to get into Progress Subscription Service.

My daily OpenEdge notifications stopped few weeks back. When I attempt to access the Subscription Service to update my preferences it send me to:
https://progress.my.salesforce.com/apex/ProactiveNotifications

Which after entering User ID : Password then errors on a SSO certificate issue. (Pasted Below)
https://na13.salesforce.com/_nc_external/identity/saml/SamlError

Anyone else having issue. Anyone I can email so the daily notifications start arriving again.

The first link works for me as well. Brings me to a login page, and then to SupportLink.

Sorry, I don't know who to contact. I looked at the login page but there's no help link. All I can suggest is that you contact your vendor /account rep and ask them to escalate or provide a link.
