Question How to Un-install OpenEdge 11.3 through Putty or Linux?

Hi All,

I am new to Linux Environment, Could you please guide me how to un-install OpenEdge 11.3 and Reinstall it again?
any command or document would be great help for me.

assuming you didn't copy the scripts to /usr/bin as part of the install.

Stop all processes using 11.3
Delete the install directory
Delete the work directory
Run the install again.

If scripts were copied to /usr/bin, then those will need to be manually removed if they aren't wanted there.

Depending on how the original installation was done you might also have separate directories for OEM install and OEM working directory. If so, you would delete those as well.

As for reinstall, that's covered in the installation manual.
